AGRILAND FS is looking for a service-oriented and detailed individual to develop, train, and lead the implementation and operation of our Customer Relationship Management Tool: Salesforce. As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this individual will work in our Winterset corporate office. Core responsibilities: Handle all administrative functions of the Salesforce platform Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products Manage, upgrade, and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration Import sales department leads, contacts, and other data Work with leadership to establish processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities Work with team leaders to develop standard operating procedures for all critical Salesforce data entry processes Develop internal training materials and provide training and support to end users What we need from you: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field Prefer 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator and/or certification as Salesforce certified administrator or advanced administrator Knowledge of importing sales data and generating reports Experience in administration and maintenance of CRM Systems Skilled in Microsoft Excel, specifically advanced navigation/queries (Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc.) Experience working in a service-oriented organization What we offer our team: Competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, and more Solid retirement future with a 100% company-funded Pension Plan at no cost to you, plus an additional 401k with company match Resources for career development and opportunities for career advancement Casual office attire with company clothing allowance Are you a good match to join the AGRILAND FS Team as a Salesforce Administer in Winterset?
