AGRILAND FS is looking for a computer-savy IT Help Desk Technician to provide hardware and software support to end users. As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this individual will work with all levels of our organization to set up and install first and second level hardware and software and assist the IT Team in completing company projects and initiatives. Core responsibilities: Provide direct end-user support via email, telephone, remote, or face-to-face interactions Respond to end-user requests and inquiries in a positive and timely manner Utilize AGRILAND FS, Inc. helpdesk software to document and manage user requests to ensure service metrics are sufficiently met or exceeded Install and configure new user hardware and software Work with IT team to track hardware and software inventory What we need from you: Associate degree in information technology or information systems and/or 1-2 years of work-related experience Strong communication skills Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Willingness to work outside of normal hours when necessary Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and have the ability to travel independently and overnight if necessary What we offer our team: Competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, and more Solid retirement future with a 100% company-funded Pension Plan at no cost to you, plus an additional 401k with company match Resources for career development and opportunities for career advancement Casual office attire with company clothing allowance Are you a good match to join the AGRILAND FS Team as an IT Help Desk Technician in Winterset?
