We are hiring for both full-time and part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) roles. A great work/life balance with full- time caseloads of only 5-8 clients Education and training- all of our technicians are RBT's with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field. Ongoing training and collaborative learning. We send ALL of our staff to NCABA and provide ongoing CEs and monthly trainings. The ideal BCBA candidates will possess the following: · Current BCBA certification and completion of 8-hour supervision course required by BACB.· Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children diagnosed with ASD or developmental disabilities.· Minimum of two-years of experience supervising behavior technicians.· Experience developing treatment plans including functional behavior assessments and writing behavior intervention plans.· Experience using ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK and other similar assessments.· A desire to continue learning and stay current in research and applications within our field.· Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
