To learn more about our culture and to join our team, visit us at https://www.kaplanco.com/about/ Position Title: Order Picker (Pick-To-Light) Work Schedule : 1st Shift 7:00am-3:45pm About The Position Our Order Pickers support business operations by ensuring high customer satisfaction through the accurate and efficient picking of customer orders for shipment using pick-to-light system. What You Will Do: Scan pick tags with RF gun to download order to zone pick module. May need to determine size of box required and assemble. Walk up and down aisle to pick products indicated by light from bin zone locations which requires reaching at different height levels. Pull correct number of product from shelf as indicated on light display and place neatly in box. Push box with product onto conveyor and forward to next pick zone as directed by RF gun. Maintain neatness of work area and restocking empty customer boxes and removing old product boxes as needed. Position Requirements Include: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic math skills with the ability to read and understand English. Good eye-hand coordination and the ability to work in fast paced team environment. Ability to work well in a team environment and independently. Adhere to safety requirements when performing all tasks associated with this position Physical Demands: Ability to maneuver boxes on the line which includes lifting, pushing and pulling up to 20 lbs. and occasionally lifting, pushing or pulling up to 50 lbs. Vaccination status not required.
