Job Description: The Day of Coordinator, Event Production is primarily responsible for effectively assisting the COTA Event Production team in the execution of our events, creating a positive work environment, and providing exemplary customer service to all guests. Our culture is defined by every contact you have with our guests but also our staff. The Day of Coordinator should be professional; team focused and has a positive attitude. The Day of Coordinator staff will work under the guidance of the Event Production Team. Responsibilities for Day of Coordinator: Provide on-site presence during motorsport rentals and facility rentals. Act as a liaison between clients and any necessary departments including catering, housekeeping, facilities, etc. Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended. Continually develop solutions to operational and logistical challenges. Provide exceptional customer service with a team player attitude. Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism. Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs. Represent COTA with integrity and dedication. Qualifications for Day of Coordinator: 2+ years of previous customer service experience. Superior written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to make timely and sound decisions affecting client's track experience. Exemplify strong organizational skills with ability to problem solve and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Must have a service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued. Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team. Willing to work irregular shifts and weekends. Physical Demands: Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and Ability to lift and/ or move up to 15 Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance Must be able to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require some outdoor Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud during events.
