The Challenge , in a nutshell: Conduct initial intake assessments Create and develop effective diagnosis, treatment and discharge plans Provide outpatient therapy in a clinical setting focusing on children and adolescents Complete timely clinical documentation using Electronic Medical Record system Maintain timely documentation of services provided in accordance with licensure and agency requirements What you need to be SUCCESSFUL in the Outpatient Therapist CHALLENGE: Passion for patient care and a desire to make positive change in someone's life Proficiency in Excel, MS Word and ability to learn and efficiently utilize other computer applications Act 33 Clearance, Act 34 Clearance , FBI Clearance Master's degree in psychology or social work Professional Licensure (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT) If YOU want to be the ONE who makes a difference in the lives of people in our community , apply for the Mental Health Outpatient Therapist .
