A1 Mechanical is currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator for our Grand Rapids location. Our company was established in 1983, and we provide HVAC Repair, Replacement and Installation services in both the residential and commercial environments. Job Summary The Warehouse Manager is responsible for directing the logistics of labor and material to jobsites through coordination with customers, installation leadership, and sales. They will also coordinate our driver on deliveries and pickups, and keep the warehouse organized and stocked appropriately. Job Function: The various tasks, duties and responsibilities commonly carried out by the Warehouse Manager is highlighted below: Keep warehouse inventory sufficiently stocked for upcoming work. Work with our vendors to order in materials and equipment as needed. Ensure parts list accuracy. Make sure all deliveries are sent with material lists. Submit paperwork to appropriate parties. Keep job documents in an orderly file system. Minimize overages in materials sent to the jobs. Order and supply necessary parts and materials for installers on the job. Coordinate delivery schedule to ensure every job has materials delivered prior to installer arriving. Schedule out and dispatch our install teams for New Construction work. Monitor our fleet maintenance. Coordinate vehicle repairs as necessary. Maintain clean, organized, and orderly appearance of our warehouse and office areas. Fill in as needed on box truck deliveries. Pay: $50k to $60k a year, plus yearly incentive bonus. Valid Commercial Drivers License with a good driving record Valid DOT card. Forklift Certification and experience. Poses excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong phone skills. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Very organized and thorough. Honest and dependable personality. Ability to display professional company image. Possession of a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent. Ability to pass a physical, drug screening and back ground check. Ability to lift items weighing up to 80 lbs safely. Ability to work weekends and overtime on occasion. Preferred Qualifications: Dispatching experience Construction experience or knowledge Familiarity with HVAC materials and equipment
