As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a team that provides exceptional client support and trusted guidance in records and information management. Duties Business Process SME responsible for requirements documentation including Business Use Cases, interviews and information architecture baseline for workflows Technical and Process SME responsible for documenting all specifications including requirements, design, and administration guides Support of configuration and implementation activities Lead the design and development of documentation and training materials Analysis of business application and electronic record content Develop guidelines to capture, manage, preserve, and dispose of record content over its lifecycle Implement information management policies and procedures Develop of detail work plans Provide analysis of problems and recommend solutions Prepare operating procedures documentation Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management; with ability to understand complex retention schedules, classification schemes, taxonomy and Records Management best practices Experience with managing an organization's data structure, data policy or Document Management programs Experience with analyzing, reporting and communicating complex data models to Technical Lead for use in a large-scale content migration Nice to Have Skills Master's degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS), Certified Records Manager or other relevant job experience Experience working with FileNet P8 platform, IBM Case Manager, IBM Content Navigator, and IBM Enterprise Records Working knowledge of Document Management software Knowledge of Louisiana State Archives requirements for maintaining and destruction of records Job Posted by ApplicantPro
