Everyday you will: Manage quality systems. Provides monthly quality costs and organizational improvements. Manages and maintains quality assurance documents including q2uality assurance plans, inspection standards, supplier and customer quality standards, supplier quality assurance manual, quality process flow, and manufacturing quality control plan. Coordinates activities to resolve production problems while maximizing product quality and minimizing cost. Develops, implements, audits, and assists with 5S, Lean, and Quality Systems. To thrive in this environment you must: Relevant training and/or experience or BS in Engineering or equivalent 3+ years related work experience in a quality/lean role in a manufacturing environment. Experience working with multiple projects and teams to improve business methods and performance metrics. Six Sigma Black Belts or the ability to obtain certification. Solid organizational, planning, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills. EEO/AA Employer
