KidsSPOT is the parent company of Crosspoint Due to our extreme growth within our pediatric care, we are currently seeking Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our Kid SPOT Family. Our expanding clinical team will provide the opportunity for client care and support. Our core values are to inspire the trust of others and work with integrity and ethics. Our Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) creates a positive impact on the lives of children that are on the spectrum. This role is available for a full caseload and the opportunity to grow with our in-home program as well. We are also located in various areas of Florida, North Carolina, Texas, and more that allow easy transition if moving is in your future. Benefits: Medical, Dental Vision insurance, 15 Days to, 8 paid holidays off per calendar year plus more. Salary: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 Schedule : Full-time caseload. We have a full caseload to provide our BCBAs and a growing waitlist. Qualifications: Masters' degree in a related field Certificate of Completion of the exam by the BACB Reliable means of transportation Duties & Description: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments Develop and implement parent training and support programs Provide field and supervision for the RBT Provide support and mentorship for the RBT Kids SPOT is committed to providing our Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) equal opportunities.
