ME - Career Technical Training Manager

GENERAL FUNCTIONS:Manages and coordinates all activities related to the Career Development Period and Career Transition Period. Supervises and coordinates the work activities of the CDP Team and provides support for the total Center to enhance student social, educational and emotional development. Coordinates students' Progress/Performance Evaluations Panels and makes changes in students' program schedules as deemed necessary. Coordinates and monitors all Vocational Skills Training (VST) projects.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:A Bachelor Degree and three years' experience in counseling, education, guidance, human development, psychology, social work, marketing, education or related area and must have two years of supervisory experience.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to interact with individuals from economically and socially diverse backgroundsEffective verbal and written communication skillsEffective organizational skillsEffective interpersonal skills Knowledge of Job Corps operations LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES: A valid Regular Driver License is required.DAYS/HOURS: Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 4:45 pm (One day per week 10 am - 7 pm TBD)Interested internal applicants apply online and forward an updated resume and appropriate credentials to:Benjamin L.
