We want to kick start your career in machining by teaching you the basics. You will receive a well-rounded training from the very beginning. Learning how to set up tooling, measuring parts, and how to set up a machine. Opportunities to job shadow and work with experienced machinists. See for yourself what a day in the life is like for a lathe and milling machinist.A to Z is committed to growing the next generation of CNC machinists. If you are motivated, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn, then this is the youth apprenticeship for you.Our machinist youth apprentices work 6:00 am - 2:00 pm Monday - Friday in the summer and 6:00 am - 10:00 am during the school year.
