Director, Emergency Services We are looking for a Master's prepared nurse leader who is prepared to oversee and lead the quality, service and cost-effectiveness of care of Jefferson Healthcare's Emergency Services, including the Emergency Department and Express Clinic. If you have five (5) or more years of progressive leadership experience , have solid operations experience and a strong background in emergency care, we're looking for you! The successful candidate will also be Bachelor's prepared with an active RN license and ideally also be Master's prepared. Our incredible Emergency Services staff provide 24/7 care in the Emergency Department and Quality walk-in medical care for minor illnesses, injuries, infections and allergies in the Express Clinic. Our amazing Family Birth staff provide family centered birthing They put the patient at the center of everything they do while delivering high quality care and want a leader who supports and drives that philosophy.
