Director, Clinical Operations ( Specialty Care) Jefferson Healthcare is l ooking for a standout Director of Clinical Operations for Specialty Care . Reporting to the Chief Ancillary, Support Services, & Medical Group Officer, this role provides leadership to the specialty care clinics of the medical group. You, the Standout leader Strong bias for action & r esults oriented Someone who wants to make a difference in our community through healthcare Skilled in strategy development & implementation, performance improvement, and new service line implementation Problem-solve with a "start with yes" attitude Strong partner and thoughtful communicator and collaborator Non-stop "GSD" (Get Stuff Done) approach Ability to navigate ambiguous situations seamlessly and with executive presence 7 years related medical practice management experience in a complex environment Bachelors Degree necessary, Master's Degree preferred The Role As the Director of Clinical Operations ( Specialty Care) you will be responsible for day-to-day specialty care clinic operations. Already existing services include dermatology, cardiology, general surgery, sleep, orthopedics, and wound and this leader will partner with Medical Directors and process improvement leads to successfully implement new service lines. Along with these operational responsibilities and creating a collaborative environment, this role will be the system representative for ACO integration, value-based care implementation and denial management. This is an opportunity to lead these medical group teams in achieving the best outcomes for our patients and the hospital.
