One Vision/Gen Oaks has been a North Iowa Employer of choice for 2021 and 2022. One Vision/Glen Oaks Community in Clear Lake is seeing to hire a Part Time Evening Lifeguard. The Lifeguard is responsible for maintaining a fun, safe and clean environment for pool patrons. Benefit of a part time employee : $1000 referral bonus after hire. When you refer a friend or family member to One Vision/Glen Oaks Community. Full access to amenities of the Glen Oaks facility. Flexable scheduling. A day in the life of a Lifeguard includes performing pool testing to ensure chemical are adequate and safe, ensuring pool equipment is put away when not in use, and general housekeeping duties are completed. The Glen Oaks Community pool is open to the public, residence of Glen Oaks community and individuals served by One Vision. While keeping a fun, safe environment for patrons it is also important for the lifeguard to maintain good relationships with patrons utilizing the pool area. Qualifications: High School or GED preferred. Adequate swimming skills. Current Lifeguard certification, CPR and First aid certification or be able to obtain upon hire through One Vision.
