JOB OVERVIEW The Missouri Athletic Club in West County is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join the West food & beverage team. This will be full time position, working 30-40 hours per week, depending on service needs. RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist F&B Management run great shifts in our fast casual snack bar and pool area. • Effectively manage a small team of employees, ensuring quality food, speedy service, and overall member satisfaction • Assist members and guests in person and over the phone. • Knowledgeable about pool operations and outdoor F & B programs • Assist with scheduling and staffing needs. • Assist with planning, confirming, and executing all outdoor events/reservations. • Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS • Excellent guest service skills • Ability to work independently, as a part of a cohesive team • At least two years of hospitality experience. • Time Management skills • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and nights • Ability to in an outdoor environment for extended periods of time
