The YMCA of Greater Cleveland is looking for passionate and skilled clinicians to join our growing clinical team and provide a full array of chemical dependency counseling services to adults in residential treatment. Candidates must be qualified to provide assessment, individual and group counseling, case management, and crisis intervention services to adults under supervision with Substance Use Disorders (SUD). This position offers rewarding opportunities to help our adult residents achieve and sustain stable remission from SUD and co-occurring physical and mental health challenges, to increase their education, to get jobs, and to find stable housing. Y-Haven, a program of the YMCA of Greater Cleveland, has provided comprehensive residential and treatment services to Cleveland's most vulnerable adults for more than 25 years. Minimum Qualifications for Level 1 · 2 Years experience in SUD counseling or Social Work, with Group Counseling · CDCA, CDCAII, LCDC II or, SWA Minimum Qualifications for Level 2 · 2 Years experience in SUD counseling or Social Work, with Group Counseling · LCDCIII, LSW, or LPC · Bachelor's Degree Minimum Qualifications for Level 3 · 3 Years experience in SUD counseling or Social Work, with Group Counseling · LCDCIII, LSW, or LPC · Master's Degree or currently enrolled in Master's program related to substance abuse counseling Benefits Competitive salary Paid Time Off Comprehensive benefits plan including: Health, Dental, Vision Plans, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance Clear opportunities for promotion Tuition Assistance Free Family YMCA Membership Pension Plan (401(k)/403(b)) Job Posted by ApplicantPro
