Job Description : Construction Specialties of Zeeland is seeking highly motivated Iron Workers with knowledge and experience in structural and/or pre-engineered metal buildings.We currently have immediate openings and would like you to join our team! Candidate should have 1+ years of experience in the industry or willing to be trained. Knowledge of proper welding and steel working processes. Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility and a highly productive work ethic. Knowledge in reading Architectural and Structural Blue Prints. (Not required but preferred) Motivated self-starter who takes pride in their work and works well with others. Must have the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Able to work safely in 20 ft. or higher environments. Communicate and follow all OSHA/MIOSHA safety regulations for your safety and others. Able to work in hot/cold temperatures year round. Willing to travel and work away from home as needed.
