Director, Value Based Care Jefferson Healthcare is hiring a Director, Value Based Care . Reporting to the Executive Director of Population He alth, this leader is responsible for supporting the strategy design of value-based contracts, finalizing and implementing the contracts, meeting all contract related deliverables, and understanding appropriate data analyses that support value-based work. This role will also be responsible for engaging with provider leadership and departmental leaders across the organization to help them understand the strategy and critical value of these contracts. An ability to communicate clearly with patients , providers, and hospital leadership is a key skill for success for our new Director. At least six (6) years' related work experience is required for this bachelor's prepared leader. A Master's degree is preferred and an ability to handle a high level of work complexity is a must. This person will not directly supervise people, but will need to anticipate and solve problems for themselves and other staff.
