Director of Clinical Services: Obstetrics /Gynecology & Reproductive Jefferson Healthcare is looking for a Director of Clinical Services: Obstetrics/Gynecology & Reproductive Care . Reporting to the Executive Director of Nursing Operations, this leader will oversee and lead the Jefferson Healthcare Family Birth Center with a focus on quality and cost-effectiveness while also coordinating reproductive healthcare systems across the organization including in primary care, the Woman's Health Clinic and our Obstetrics clinic . You, the Standout leader Strong partner and collaborator Thoughtful communicator Solid operational experience Skilled in employee engagement, creating a consistent & high performing culture Creative p roblem-solver with a "start with yes" attitude Strong bias for high quality patient care & patient safety Skilled in strategy development & implementation and performance & quality improvement Ability to navigate ambiguous situations seamlessly and with executive presence 5 years progressive leadership experience & 5 years clinical experience needed Clinical experience in labor & delivery is required; outpatient reproductive care experience desired Bachelors Degree necessary, Master's Degree preferred The Role As the the Director of Reproductive, Gynecological/Obstetrics Service Line you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the Jefferson Healthcare Family Birth Center with a focus on quality and cost-effectiveness while also coordinating reproductive healthcare systems across the organization including in primary care and the Obstetrics & Gynecology Clinic. The ideal leader will be able to establish trust and credibility throughout the organization and promote excellence in patient care. Along with these operational responsibilities and creating a collaborative environment for services across the system, this role will closely work with provider leaders, coordinate & develop reproductive healthcare programs, and coordinate quality improvement work .
