Come join the North End Team!! This is a great opportunity to join our team and work Monday - Friday, enjoy those weekends off with family and friends! The Bilingual Appointment Setter will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound patient calls for the purpose of scheduling appointments and routing calls and cases to providers appropriately and in a timely fashion. Must speak Fluent Karen and Burmese to be eligible for this position. Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to complete appointment scheduling for patients following physician-specific criteria based on appointment type and patient needs. Must be able to communicate with patients regarding appointments and instructions for procedures and tests. Must be proficient at communicating in a professional manner both verbally and in writing. Must be proficient at using a computer and a variety of software including NexGen software Word Excel Access and Outlook. Must possess attention to detail and accuracy ability. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. Must be able to provide service excellence to patients in difficult situations. Apply now for an immediate interview.
