You may also want to open this link to learn more about Emergency Department at CMC: Requirements for a Team Leader Registered Nurse: Team Leader will be responsible for planning and implementing orientation, education, and policies and procedures in conjuncture with the Clinical Educator and the Leadership team for the specific area identified. NYS License/registration or permit as a professional nurse required. Knowledge of current nursing procedures and techniques of patient care necessary. Excellent clinical, interpersonal and communication skills with ability to function in a team based environment.
