We are a 200-bed, VA contracted facility with both private and semi-private rooms. Ridgecrest Post Acute has a 5 Star CMS Rating and a 5 Star Staffing CMA Rating! We have the following units: Rehab, Long Term Care, 4 Specialized Secured Behavioral Health Units including High Acuity, Dementia and SMI specified units. Working in our facility will build your skill set as an awesome nurse! Shifts: 8 and 12 hour shifts offered - rotations and days vary. LPN Job Duties: NEW GRADUATES are welcome, with a passion for working with seniors. Must have an ability to communicate well, writing and verbally Trainable and able to follow instructions and implement them. Able to make independent decisions and apply critical thinking.
