Job Description: LS Technologies, LLC is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, results-oriented Program Analyst to fill a role as an Outreach & Communications Specialist for a U.S. Government customer in our Cyber Solutions Business. The incumbent will have experience with developing and managing communications plans, products and programs for internal and external stakeholders. The Outreach & Communications Specialist will provide technical and program office support to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) technical operational cybersecurity group in direct support of the Integration, Outreach and Planning (IOP) Team Manager. Responsibilities: Develops communication plans, methods and materials using effective media to enhance customer, employee and stakeholder understanding of FAA Air Traffic Organization (ATO) Cybersecurity programs, policy, activities, and initiatives. Establishes and manages communication processes and procedures for internal and external communications. Plans and executes outreach campaigns to enhance understanding of ATO Cybersecurity initiatives, programs, policy, activities, and interactions with both internal and external stakeholders. Includes special events, workshops and seminars. Prepares talking points, written remarks, statements, briefings, presentations and other forms of written communications for use by FAA Cybersecurity leadership in support of cybersecurity engagements, activities and events. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with ATO and FAA Agency National Headquarters Communications and Liaison (C&L), other FAA Lines of Business, Operating Divisions, and in coordination with National C&L specialized groups interested in organization cybersecurity programs, and other internal and external stakeholders. Plans and when necessary, facilitates both virtual and in-person tours of ATO facilities, briefing local, national, and international visitors and officials on the function and operation of the FAA Cybersecurity organization and importance of cybersecurity to those functions. Advises FAA leadership on and recommends specific communication or information activities designed to address communications-related issues or problems. Analyzes information and communication needs in terms of internal and external customers and provides advice to achieve successful program information and communication goals. Evaluates the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the communications strategies being used and advises FAA leadership on recommended actions to address issues and enhance effectiveness of communications/outreach programs. Requirements: Must have at least 10 years relevant work experience managing communication channels for multiple technical teams and demonstrated experience organizing and leading complex engagements requiring discipline, organizational skill, and capability to communication effectively. Effective communicator in both written and verbal forms with ability to influence external stakeholders. Ability to develop communication products and materials using traditional software applications (e.g. MS Office Suite, Adobe, etc.). Ability to apply sound business principles within a complex IT stakeholder environment. Ability to establish relationships with several different personality types, engage teams and clients, and build rapport in person and virtually. Stakeholder management experience at multiple levels, supporting effective collaboration. Ability to create concise, clear, and compelling briefing materials and polished deliverables within tight timelines. Experience working with Federal Government clients, especially the FAA, is desirable. Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret level security clearance. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
