Flexible 2nd shift working Monday-Friday COMPETENCIES: Strong communication skills Willingness to work with others as a team Work experience desired PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for reading and completing paperwork accurately Responsible for labeling and weighing coils Knowledge of running the line, stitcher, rewind round needles, shear, bundle head and setting tension levels Operate control panel Responsible for all other duties assigned to Assistant Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management Comply with the Company's quality management system requirements Follow good safety practices Assist with training May, on occasion, job rotate to other functions within department. Will need to be detailed to measurements and dimensions Will be responsible for all aspects of quality per print Willingness to cross train Advocate for continuous improvement projects ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: Internally with all employees
