Dunkin General Manager with a positive, respectful attitude including honesty and integrity.3-5 years experience of Restaurant management.Follow franchise requirements including producing quality products.Conduct ordering, inventory, etc. on a regular basis or as needed.Experience reading P&L statements.Has a drive to excel in sales, customer service and profitability.Handles customer complaints and responds in a timely manner.Hire, coach, conduct disciplinary action, fire, etc.Oversee trainings are completed by all Supervisors and crew members in a timely manner.Communicates with customers, crew members, internal company partners.Available to work 45+ hours per week including days; evenings; overnights; weekends and holidays.A complete job description will be available during interview process.
