Must be friendly and have a great attitude.Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual.Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.Must meet all health requirements including passing a drug screen and criminal background check.Duties include:Serving meals to residents' tables and or apartments following Company procedures.Assisting in bussing tables and preparing dishes for washing.Cleaning dining room tables and chairs as needed.' Our beautiful campus offers independent apartments, assisted living apartments, a 52-bed memory care residence and a 60-bed skilled nursing home facility.
