Join Bridgeway! We are looking for a detailed individual to ensure accurate financial information is gathered for each established Bridgeway client and provide supportive functions to operations of the Billing Department. Work with third party funding sources for authorization, re-authorizations, deductible verification copay verification and Out of network Benefits. Make any changes to financial consumer screens as necessary and document important account information in the client comment screen. Submit credentialing and re-credentialing for billable staff with Medicare, Medicaid, MCOs and Private Insurances. Maintain current website, staff maintenance, and spreadsheet of all providers and locations NPIs with start and expiration dates for recredentialing. Access state systems such as Medi system to verify eligibility for programs like Medicare and Medicaid work based addresses through MEDI System for rebills. Associates degree and/or three years related experience preferred, one year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in billing and reimbursement from Medicaid and third party insurance preferred. Experience in dealing with clients in social servicer agency and ability to conduct financial interview is necessary.
