SEASONAL GOLF COURSE GROUNDS WORKER Riverside Country Club of Bozeman, MT, is looking to hire a seasonal golf course grounds worker to help our country club's golf course deliver the exceptional member & guest playing conditions we're known for. Grounds Workers start at a competitive hourly wage of $18.00/hr. But that's not all! Employees are allowed to use all club facilities, including the golf course, when space is available. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A GROUNDS WORKER As a seasonal grounds worker, you are a valuable part of our grounds maintenance team. You help deliver the member experience through helping to keep our greens rolling smooth and our fairways tight. You are a can-do person who likes to keep busy and doesn't mind getting a bit wet or dirty and is happy to jump in and help with special projects whenever needed. You're so glad that you're not stuck in a cubicle all day! You take pride in your work, mowing and raking until the golf course playing conditions are like you'd expect at a top country club. You are conscientious about adhering to Safety and are Respectful of the equipment provided. While you're self-motivated and able to work independently, you are a people person and also enjoy the camaraderie that's inherent in a tight-knit grounds team. You are happy to take advantage of our excellent training and are perhaps considering a career in turfgrass. But whatever the future holds, for now, you enjoy working in a fun and friendly environment where you are never bored and time goes by quickly. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SEASONAL GOLF COURSE GROUNDS WORKER At least 17 years old preferred Ability to lift to 35 lbs and perform typical tasks required in a golf course environment Ability to be on your feet for hours at a time in outdoor conditions Knowledge of the game of golf preferred Customer service and hospitality skills Are you comfortable in the outdoors and interested in the golf industry? Do you find satisfaction in seeing the job through? Are you dependable and have reliable transportation? Are you an early riser? If so, you might be perfect for this seasonal golf course worker position!
