Lithtech is looking for an experienced, accomplished, self-motivated Electrical Engineer with experience in Power and Renewables to maintain and support our industry-leading products and systems. This candidate will work across a variety of functional groups to develop concepts, strategies, construction documents and engineering designs. The ideal candidate is an inventive problem solver that is capable of working through technical challenges and employing pragmatic solutions. How are you successful in this role? Have the ability to provide turnkey leadership to support the sales effort for small and large projects. Interact with customers on design options, cost benefit comparisons, and communicate results to assist the sales channel or owner in the decision making process. Be able to manage the engineering team's project financial performance and schedule. Participate in client and business development meetings. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of ten (10) years' experience required. Direct involvement in substation design, medium voltage systems, building infrastructure and/or renewables interconnections and designs. Utility power distribution systems design. A NY Professional Engineering (PE) license is required. CAD experience. Proficiency with planning, scheduling and coordinating detailed phases of projects.
