MegaKC , your local Kansas City General Contractor, has an opening for a Project Manager at our North Kansas City office! Our ideal Project Manager candidate will be a self-starter, problem-solve r and possess the knowledge and ability to build lasting client relationships . Job Responsibilities: Complete projects on budget and schedule. Manage project job costs. Manage tracking software manhours (Bid2Win/Track) . Utilization of Track / Bid2Win / Pro c ore / MS Project / Office 365 / Bluebeam software . Manage and coordinate with Superintendent (s) to meet all project goals. Manage permits, bonds, insurance, and all other contract requirements. Manage subcontracts and material purchase orders. Manage monthly pay estimates and weekly invoices. Prepare project financial projections on a monthly basis. Communicate with project team on schedule, goals, contracts, etc. Manage job specific safety applications. Requirements: High school diploma or GED Valid state driver's license Reliable transportation to and from the office and/or jobsites 3-5 years of experience managing projects, estimates, bids, etc. Proficient in construction software, Pro-Core experience is preferred Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen OSHA 30-hour safety training or equivalent Benefits: PTO (Paid Time Off) Health, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/Accidental Insurance 401K and ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership P lan) Competitive Base Pay Performance bonus opportunity Company Vehicle or Vehicle Reimbursement Opportunity for advancement On-site training MegaKC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).
