Description:
Role: Responsible for the implementation of an effective recruiting process to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Responsibilities: Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on theavailable role, needs and standards of the organization. Manages job posting and advertisement process. Ensures posting compliance and meets companystandards for timely applicant contact and follow up. Assist managers with the candidate selection process. Assist with candidate review, prescreening,scheduling interviews and interviewing. Collaborates with the hiring manager and AVP of HR during the offer process, identifying andrecommending salary offers for approval and making conditional offers to the candidates. Attends and participates in job fairs, recruiting sessions and community hiring events. Conducts approved recruitment, interviewing and candidate selection training with managementstaff. Responsible to review, maintain and submit updated job descriptions and interview worksheetsfor approval. Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, regulations and companypolicies. Other job-related duties as assigned. Knowledge & Skills: Experience: Two years to five years of similar or related experience. Education: A two-year college degree or equivalent experience. Interpersonal Skills: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and solicitingcooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
