May 1st - October 10th, 2022 I. Position Caddie Classification Full-Time Seasonal, Exempt II. Job Purpose To assist guests upon arrival and during their round of golf through carrying player's golf bag and providing knowledge about Erin Hills in creating a memorable golf experience. All by enhancing our customers' satisfaction and incorporating the Erin Hills Mission Statement goals. III. Primary Responsibilities Areas of Responsibility: The Erin Hills Caddie Barn, Bag Drop/Practice Facilities, Golf Course Responsible For : Aiding in maintaining cleanliness and appearance of Caddie Barn Aiding in getting bags from guest's cars from bag drop to practice facility Cleaning and arranging clubs on practice facility Carrying up to 2 golf bags for 2 players entire 18 hole round(double bag carrying) Bags can sometimes weigh around 30 pounds Carrying 60 pounds of golf bags for around 5 hours The terrain of the golf course is extremely hilly and walking more than 6 miles is likely Providing all players with: Hole Descriptions on Tee Boxes Precise Yardages on all shots Recommendations for how to play shots when desired Recommendations/Reads for putts on green when desired Hustle-staying with or ahead of players at all times Positive Attitude-adjusting experience to players desire/need Cleaning players equipment(clubs/balls) throughout round Knowledge of all aspects of Erin Hills operations including Maintenance, Food and Beverage, and all Lodging options Returning Player's Bag to bag drop with all clubs and items in their original golf bag Aiding in maintaining cleanliness and appearance of Practice Facilities Aiding in maintaining cleanliness and appearance of Caddie Barn Aiding in maintaining cleanliness and appearance of Golf Course Aiding in development and growth of all staff members Any other jobs/task including physical activities that may be seen fit by managers IV. Appearance/Uniform/ Schedule Expected to work full time/part time depending on availability and need V. Reports to: Caddie Manager on duty
