Member Business Financial Services (MBFS) , a credit union-owned company, is looking for a Credit Union Relationship Manager for the Chester and Delaware counties. This position is responsible for acquiring and retaining a portfolio of commercial credit union clients. This position will conduct relationship review meetings where opportunities are identified for commercial loan and/or deposit products and traditional credit union products and services. This role has day to day responsibility for the delivery of superior customer service, operational integrity and adherence to credit union policy as well as all state and federal regulations. Requirements : BA/BS, MBA required. 5-8 years of experience in business or financial sales. Work requires knowledge of small business and consumer loan policy; credit granting criteria, interest rates and how they are computed, and required documentation for each type of loan. Knowledge of loan interviewing skills and techniques also required. Must have experience in analyzing business financial statements and assessing the viability of businesses; must have excellent communication and PR skills; ability to use related software required. Knowledge of financial statement interpretation as applied to business accounting and financial principles. Demonstrated problem solving and analytical ability, and strong oral and written communication skills.
