Full-Time | Mon - Fri General Air Conditioning Service Corporation, established in 1969, is a locally family owned and run company that provides service, maintenance, and replacement heating/ air conditioning (HVAC) in the residential and commercial markets of Upstate South Carolina. The best candidate for this position is a person who has extensive knowledge and experience in: general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, job costing, light HR, inventory, financial statements, sales and use tax, financials, budgets, monthly reporting and analysis. We use Service Titan dispatching software, Quickbooks desktop enterprise, and iSolved for payroll. Credit check required. Position requires all information be strictly held confidential. Bachelor's degree needed. Candidates are also subject to drug and background checks. Qualifications: Problem solver who can resolve problems with little help Must have a positive, professional, and helpful attitude. Able to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Attention to detail Efficient multi-tasker Team player who is willing to pitch in to support co-workers Clean, neat, and professional appearance Have strong listening and communication skills Minimum Requirements: 5 years of experience Bachelors degree We have listened to hundreds of job applicants and HVAC professionals and made big changes to our paid time off plans.
