WE MANUFACTURE FUN!! Fox Pool & Spa Services, LLC. brings staycations to people's homes with luxurious pools and spas. A pool or spa is a lifelong commitment, and our retail stores provide our customers with the highest possible customer service. As a Retail Associate you will be responsible for assisting customers in their pool maintenance. As a direct representative of Fox Pool & Spa Services your interactions and communications with customers will be of the highest level of professionalism. This position is a part time position. Working days may vary Tuesday through Friday and every Saturday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Essential Functions: Greet and assist customers in a polite and friendly manor Accept customer payments - cash and credit card Stock product inventory Maintain a clean work environment Provide knowledge about pool chemicals (will train) Perform in store water testing and chemical balancing (will train) Review instructions/procedures thoroughly with customers Give new customers basic information on spas and pools Maintain a clean showroom Clean spas in showroom and pools in the pool park Perform other duties assigned by store manager Required Skills: Exceptional customer service skills (professional, energetic & personable) Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, but also thrive within a team environment Must be highly organized and have ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work professionally when in dealing with both internal and external customers. Safety, dependability, good attendance and a willingness to learn in a drug free environment must be priorities of the applicant. Basic computer and math skills Lifting required for stocking pool chemicals (up to 40 lbs.)
