CHAR-Fine Dining Server We're looking for folks that have a knack for delivering polished, professional service to each and every guest while building and maintaining our loyal customer base. You'll be part of and contribute to our positive culture and mature working environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: Great communication skills with a professional demeanor and appearance Minimum of 2 years previous restaurant experience in an upscale casual restaurant Organized and adept at multitasking The ability and desire to be a part of a team Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment Perks and Benefits Competitive wages (list average pay per week) Participation in ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program) Medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits for employees at 30+ hours/week 50% discounted meals Major holidays off: we are closed on July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve night, and Christmas day Room for advancement at our family of restaurants. A lively piano bar features nightly entertainment and a jazz trio during Sunday brunch. The restaurant is open Mon-Sat from 11am-10pm, and on Sunday from 10am-2pm/5pm-9pm.
