Jim Drury Construction is seeking a Full Time Carpenter to assist in the completion of various construction projects with year-round work. Starting Pay: $18 - $30 per hour, based on experience Job Tasks: Framing - wood and metal stud framing Concrete - footings, foundations, small patches and repairs Tile - occasionally set or repair floor and wall tile Operate Machinery - move or set materials as needed to assist with construction Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings Requirements: Experience in commercial construction is preferred Valid driver's license Other: Guaranteed 40 hours per week, year round Typical start time is from 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Applicants must be able to reach, stretch, bend, stoop, squat, turn, climb, kneel, push, pull, sit, lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Benefits: Health Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Vacation Pay Holiday Pay Sick Pay 401(k) Matching
