Job Title: Human Resources Manager Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager FLSA Status: Regular- Exempt Salary: Negotiable Location: Metro Atlanta Area, GA ROLE SUMMARY: This is a mid-level position that is responsible for the day-to-day recruiting initiatives that are aligned with identifying talent. The position requires a strong foundation and an understanding of all applicable laws and recruiting regulations and guidelines. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Source candidates using effective, creative outreach techniques Communicate with candidates via email and phone Schedule phone screens and interviews with candidates Facilitate reference checks, background checks, and offer negotiation Maintain candidate data and outreach in our application tracking system Work closely with hiring managers on headcount planning and process Track recruiting data to report and identify areas for improvement Assist on other recruiting efforts and projects as necessary SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required Must have 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter Must have experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques Experience recruiting for a variety of positions Highly motivated, confident, and high-energy You are a strong, engaging communicator with a knack for selling candidates Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Very organized and can stay on top of numerous candidates with timely follow-up Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ability to work with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results Background in the Retail business is helpful Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be at least 21 years of age Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screening PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater) Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise) WORK SCHEDULE: 40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on department needs.
