Ltd., a premier manufacturer of hook-lift hoist products and accessories currently seeks a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to manage our new U.S. regional territory. Location: SwapLoader U.S.A. Ltd. is based out of Des Moines, IA. Ideal candidate will reside within the Western US Region (WA/OR/ID/MT/WY/AK) / Western Canada, and will be able to travel within the assigned territory. Job Responsibilities: In this position, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible to develop the territory through new distributor acquisitions while building upon the success of existing distribution in the marketing and selling of SwapLoader hook-lift products. Responsibilities include recruit, coach, and develop a territory with a strong distributor network through new distributor recruitment. Implementation of a sales plan to increase sales and profits. Conduct product training and application seminars for distributors and customers both at factory and in the field. Assist with service and warranty compliance during and after sale. Assist with regional and national trade show coordination. May perform other job-related duties assigned. This position works closely with the SwapLoader VP and General Manager, inside sales and service, engineering, and sales administration. Requirements: Qualified applicants must have truck or truck equipment sales experience in a sales/business development role. A mechanical and hydraulic aptitude and prior experience in distributor sales is a must. An ideal candidate will be a competitive, independent, "doer" who can problem solve and get things done through people. Professionalism and excellent communication skills are essential to this role. Must be proficient with MS Office software. This position will require travel to manage sales in a multi-state territory. Final candidates will be required to pass a post-offer/pre-employment physical and drug screen. EOE We participate in E-Verify.
