Direct Care Worker (Tempe/Phoenix/Glendale/Mesa) 3164 WHO WE ARE: TCH has been serving the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families in Arizona since 1967. We find creative and innovative way to provide hope and purpose to the unique individuals that we serve. We are all about helping our members advocate for themselves, stay engaged in their communities, and increasing their independence. You can directly make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities by joining our team as a Direct Care Worker. BEING A DIRECT CARE WORKER: We're looking for nurturing, compassionate, responsible people to be caregivers to our members, in the supported individuals homes. You must be at least 18 (21 for driving positions), have a minimum of 3 months related experience, pass multiple background checks & pre-employment drug screen, and have your high school diploma or its equivalent. Some positions require driving, so a motor vehicle check and an AZ driver's license is also required. Paid Training Provided!The opportunity to change someone's life for the better!
