Garcia Construction, LLC is hiring a remodeler’s assistant for the greater Thurston and Mason County area: This is an opportunity to learn all phases of construction for remodels and repairs such as framing, deck building, flooring/tile installation, window/door replacing, cabinet installation etc. Must be 18 or older, be able to lift 50 pounds, have current documentation to work in the US, have reliable transportation, and be prompt. No tools are required, but experience with a tape measure and power tools is desirable. Non-smoker is preferred. Respectful and positive attitude is absolutely required. Be prepared to bring drivers license, social security card, proof of driving insurance, and three work related references with contact information to interview. Benefits include paid sick leave and vacation leave, and five paid holidays per year. Hourly rate is set depending on qualifications and demonstrated willingness to learn and follow instructions.
