As an AV Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues related to our AV systems. Your extensive knowledge of AV technology, strong problem-solving skills, and customer-centric approach will contribute to delivering outstanding support experiences. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and contribute to the continuous improvement of our AV solutions.Responsibilities: Provide expert-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions, ensuring prompt resolution of AV-related queries and issues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software problems related to AV systems, including audio, video, conferencing equipment, control systems, and network connectivity. Conduct root cause analysis for escalated issues and develop comprehensive solutions and workarounds. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design and implement customized AV solutions that meet specific requirements and technical specifications. Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of AV systems, ensuring proper integration and functionality. Perform regular maintenance and updates on AV systems to optimize performance and ensure compatibility with the latest technologies. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AV systems integration and support. Provide training and guidance to customers and colleagues on AV system operation, troubleshooting, and best practices. Contribute to the development and improvement of technical support documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management, to provide feedback on product performance, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to product development initiatives.
