Job Summary: As a Field Service Technician a], you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing our products at customer sites. You will work closely with our clients to ensure the proper functioning and performance of our equipment, providing timely and efficient solutions to technical issues. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.Responsibilities: Travel to customer sites to install, maintain, and repair our [products/systems] according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to identify equipment malfunctions and determine the most appropriate repair solutions. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and calibrating equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert guidance and support. Maintain accurate records of service calls, including detailed descriptions of work performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations or findings. Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products to maximize their lifespan and performance.
