As an Evaluations Technician, you will contribute to the data collection, analysis, and reporting processes that enable our clients to make data-driven decisions and improve their programs or initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Data Collection: Conduct data collection activities, which may include surveys, interviews, observations, and document reviews. Data Entry: Accurately enter and manage collected data into databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and security. Quality Assurance: Review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency; perform data cleaning and validation as necessary. Analysis Support: Assist in the analysis of evaluation data using statistical and qualitative methods. Report Preparation: Contribute to the preparation of evaluation reports, summaries, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to clients. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of evaluation processes, data sources, and data management procedures.
