Job Title: Nurse Residency - Med/Surg Nurse Resident Job Type: Full-Time Nights (Rotating Weekends) Job Location: CHATTANOOGA, TN 37404 Salary: $26.12/hr. (rate increases based on prior healthcare experience) Are you a new graduate RN looking to gain valuable acute care nursing experience? Join our Tristar Nurse Residency Program! We are excited to offer you a unique opportunity to kickstart your nursing career through our yearlong residency program. The Residency is an intensive program designed to provide new graduate nurses with the necessary skills and experience in acute care nursing. Requirements: Current TN RN license or Multi-state Compact RN license Graduate from an accredited school of nursing within the past 1 year Self-motivated with strong communication skills All candidates must have active OPT (Optional Practical Training) employment authorization for a year.
