Title: CT Tech Supervisor - Lead a Dynamic CT Team in Richmond, VA Location: Richmond, VA Position Type: Permanent Salary Range: $36.90 - $52.35 per hour (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 Relocation Assistance: Case by case basis Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday (9a-5p) with on-call duties Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated CT Tech Supervisor to join our team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the technical administration and management of the CT section of the Radiology department. Your primary responsibilities will include daily staff assignments, managing patient flow, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, troubleshooting equipment failures, enforcing radiation safety guidelines, and maintaining compliance with VDH standards. Additionally, you will oversee imaging quality, provide technical guidance to staff, maintain current CT protocols, manage supplies, support management initiatives, and ensure compliance with educational requirements.
