Position Summary An exciting opportunity exists in our Information Technology Department in Fort Saskatchewan for Lead, IT Operations & Cloud Services. Reporting to the Manager, Global IT Operations & Cloud Services, this position will be responsible for implementing and maintaining solutions that comprise the IT operating environment of Sherritt across all divisions. This includes the established IT systems, security services, network systems, infrastructure devices and commissioning new ones as required. Accountabilities Support and maintain the Global operations, networks and security assets as required. This includes all on premise and cloud server, network, and security infrastructure. Provide occasional support and training to Fort Saskatchewan executives. Assist in escalation and resolution for Fort Saskatchewan end-user identified issues and requests. Maintain accurate IT equipment inventory in Service Now. As part of our operational procedures, define and prepare all change required for the production systems and present them for review in the standing change advisor board meetings. Ensure smooth project transitions into operations by completing and delivering operational documentation and perform training for identified support groups as required by the project requirements. .
