FOCUSED. COMMITTED. CAPABLE. Job Purpose TradeMark Residential is looking for a talented leasing consultant and sales professional to join our team in our Raleigh/Durham market. In this role, you will be proactive in the marketing and leasing of the property. Essential Duties Manage a portfolio of leases for potential and existing clients. Coordinate property viewings & follow-ups to prospective clients in a persuasive manner through evaluating clients’ requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations. Coordinate and schedule lease applications and adhere to compliance requirements. Execute new lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes. Prepare all lease-related paperwork, including validating application information and references. Plan and implement marketing strategies to generate traffic. Manage regulatory and compliance-related services. Respond to queries/leads and conduct property inspections regularly to ensure proper maintenance. Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager. Qualifications Proven working experience as a Leasing Consultant Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations Proven track record of successful sales Basic understanding of MS Office Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques Customer-focused approach Benefits & Perks Competitive Compensation, Medical, Dental, Vision, & 401K!Powered by JazzHR
