Job Title: Unarmed Security Guard Location: Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands Responsibilities: Conduct routine patrols of the premises on foot to deter and detect any suspicious activities. Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to respond promptly to any potential security breaches. Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while maintaining a professional demeanor. Control access points, check identification, and verify credentials of individuals entering the premises. Report any security incidents, accidents, or unusual occurrences promptly to the appropriate authorities and management. Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency services, or other relevant personnel when necessary. Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the premises and their occupants. Assist with emergency evacuations and other safety protocols as needed. Write accurate and detailed incident reports, documenting any incidents, observations, or actions taken during the shift. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain a cohesive and efficient security operation. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential security risks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations with tact and professionalism.
